The Monterey Bay Shores Ecoresort is a 300 unit hotel and spa designed for the coastal property at the end of Fremont Ave, Sand City, CA. The design incorporates state of the art ecological building techniques such as renewable energy, living roofs, rain water catchment, and green building materials. The design is inspired by the dune topography in which it is set.
